Universal Gas & Electric Corp scam. How do I file a class action lawsuit against them?
I just received my December bill twice heat- it should be after signing with Universal Gas & Electric. They promised me the lowest cost and that my bill would not rise for five years! When I called and tried to cancel their service I was told it would cost an extra $ 250 for the privilege. I want to file a class action lawsuit against them. Where do I start and what other Resourses I have to fight these lying crooks?
